So I had a fantastic weekend having my new pieces "Songs Without Words" for the Messer String Quartet at the Modern Museum for Art Louisiana. It all took place in connection with the Literature Festival. 
And I had so much great feedback and a wonderful audience every day in connection with the concerts. We performed 6 concerts in 3 days, and we where lucky there was no rain!

There was also recorded a musicvideo on the 22nd of August, which I'll post as soon as it's done, edited ect...

and thanks to Messer String Quartet, your are 4 fantastic musicians, and I'm looking forward to be doing more concerts and projects in the near future, including a recording :-)

I had a new piece performed by cellist Toke Møldrup in connection with the opening of the exhibition "Re-Modeling the world" with artist Bjørn Nørgård, at the national gallery on the 13th and on the 18th of April . The piece is inspired by his series of sculptures "Venus Spejler Spejler Venus" and is written for solo cello and electronics. So I had a performance with the electric string quartet Messerkvartetten of my new piece commissioned by them with the title: "...as we fall through the sky" and it went very well. I'm looking forward to work with them again in the fall.

a critic from the danish newpaper Jyllandsposten liked my piece, which she thought was light, airy and energetic, and it made her create pictures in her mind.

I've done a remix for Peter Gabriel, of the song Games Without Frontier

Always loved this song since I was a child, so I couldn't resist when I saw PG wanted a remix :-) Go and vote on Realworld to get it on the hitlist :-) Best Carsten MBD73

The concert in Copenhagen and in Berlin with Ensemble Adapter went really well and here's a few photos from the concert in Copenhagen.

I'm looking forward to be working with them again hopefully next year. At the moment I'm remixing the recordings I did with them in Berlin on my piece CHILD, which will be featured on my new album Hello Spaceboy which is really a book with a CD. Release plan is in Maj 2010.
